Reservation & Cancellation policies:

The following is the International I AM Reservation & Cancellation policies for services, classes, and events.

These policies are honored, in fairness to all, without exception. Thank you for taking the time to read through how we believe we can have a great experience together, through honoring one another!


To reserve your appointments: All appointments are pre-paid in full at the time of scheduling. To reserve a pre-paid appointment, you must complete your emailed invoice or complete credit card payment by phone within 24 hours of booking the appointment. If payment is not complete within 24 hours of making the appointment, your appointment is no longer considered reserved, and is available to other clients. If you schedule the same day as your appointment, payment must be complete at time of booking.  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS  through Square emailed invoices or credit card by phone. If you are not able to use this method, alternative acceptable forms of payment can be made by paypal, or cash in-person. We do not accept any forms of checks. If you miss a pre-paid appointment or do not complete your invoice within 24 hours of booking (or at time of booking for same day appointments), your new appointment time will not be scheduled until completion of payment for your next new appointment.

There is a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy.To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us by phone (928-451-6368) no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If notification is not provided with at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, you miss your pre-paid appointment for any reason, or cancel with less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will not receive a refund and the pre-paid amount will not be applied or credited to another appointment time. Please check time zones to ensure you do not miss your appointment. If you booked your appointment with a gift certificate, the amount of your service will be deducted from the value of your gift certificate.

Late Arrivals for Appointments:

We strongly encourage arriving early for your scheduled appointment, to allow yourself to settle in, use the restroom, if needed, and to simply not feel rushed prior to your session. However, for various reasons sometimes this may occur. Please note, we have the following policy for late arrivals:

If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your session will be shortened to accommodate other previously scheduled appointments and there will be no discount, refund, or credit issued for the time in which you were not available during your scheduled appointment. If you are late 10 minutes or more, without calling (928-451-6368), your remaining appointment time is subject to cancellation without refund, discount or credit provided. If you are late by 10 minutes or more (with notification), your practitioner will determine if there is still time for a session to occur. If there is not, there will be no refund, discount, or credit provided for missed appointment.   If you booked your appointment with a gift certificate, the amount of your service will be deducted from the value of your gift certificate.


To Reserve your Class: Please follow instructions listed on the respective class, event, or retreat’s page at You are not considered reserved or scheduled for a class until registration/payment is made in full. Once payment is made in full before the registration deadline, and if any prerequisites (if applicable) are confirmed by our staff, your space in the class is reserved.

Unless otherwise noted, Cancellation prior to 60 days before start date of event, class, or program, registrant will receive 50% credit applicable to Sacred Light Journeys LLC (DBA International Institute for Advanced Metaphysics) events, classes or programs valid for a year from issue date. Cancellation for any reason within 60 days of the start date of class, event, or program is non-refundable and not subject to credit.

Please note, that many Classes/Events/Retreats have registration deadlines.

If you are late to class, you will not be permitted late entry. Classes start promptly at the time listed, and doors are locked at that time. If you are late or cannot attend a class, please call us at 928-451-6368.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used/redeemed in 1 visit. Must present gift certificate at time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates and unfortunately cannot redeem for the client unless presented to us. All appointments and class reservations by gift certificate are still subject to the cancellation policy for the class or event.

If you reserve an appointment and you wish to redeem your gift certificate, please note that the reservation is considered pre-paid. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your gift certificate is no longer considered active, and unable to be redeemed for any future session, appointment, event, or class.
